The rooms were luxurious with a balcony, felt like home. Central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV were available here. Magnificent and beautiful location near skiing was a plus. Moreover, it was near to the Malam Jabba, surrounding mountains, and Pakistan.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski slope and restaurants, the staff was friendly, and the double room we stayed in was luxurious and had a beautiful view.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the mountains, offering stunning panoramic views of the ski slope and surrounding mountains. The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with all the recreational facilities just a short walk away. The staff is cooperative and the rooms are neat and clean, with some even having balconies that provide the best view imaginable. And to top it off, the breakfast spread is delicious and satisfying.

Room furnishings could benefit from some modern updates.

The staff, especially Richa and Zubaida at the front desk, were so kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even providing us with a complimentary spare mattress for our twin room. The room itself was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with the best view of the skiing slope, zip line, and chairlifts. The hotel's attention to detail and service was on par with 4 and 5-star hotels I've stayed at in Istanbul.
